Tambopata is located in the south east of Peru. It is a small forest area compared to other forest areas, but here you can see and observe a considerable diversity of flora and fauna.

MONKEY ISLAND

This program begins with our arrival in Puerto Maldonado - reception at the airport. Our tour begins with a tour of the city bus.
We then head to Port Captaincy to embark on the boat on the Madre de Dios River, during the journey immerses us in a natural environment where we see the capybara, caimans, turtles, herons, cormorants and other animal species.

We Ecoamazonía Lodge, and enjoy an exquisite welcome drink, settle into our bungalows and have lunch.

In the afternoon accompanied by our specialized guide, we visit Monkey Island, 5 minutes from the lodge. During the hike in the extraordinary landscapes and exuberant flora, as well as spider monkeys, capuchins, lion monkeys, puffins, preserves, and other species like the coati, sloth, among others, and a variety of birds. Return to the lodge and enjoy a pleasant dinner.

Este programa se inicia con nuestra llegada a  Puerto Maldonado - recepción en el aeropuerto. Nuestro tour se inicia con un recorrido por la ciudad en nuestro bus.

Luego nos dirigiremos al puerto Capitanía para embarcarnos en el bote a través del Río Madre de Dios, durante el viaje nos sumergiremos en un ambiente natural donde observaremos al ronsoco, caimanes, tortugas, garzas, cormoranes y otras especies de animales.

Llegamos a Ecoamazonía Lodge, y disfrutaremos de una exquisita bebida de bienvenida, instalación en nuestros bungalows y almuerzo.

Por la tarde acompañados de nuestro guía especializado, visitaremos la Isla Monkey, a 5 minutos de distancia del albergue. Durante la caminata se observará extraordinarios paisajes con una exuberante flora,  así también como Maquisapas, capuchinos, pequeños monos leoncitos, frailecillos, cotos, además de otras especies como el coatí, osos perezosos, entre otros, y una gran variedad de aves. Retornamos al albergue  y disfrutaremos de una agradable cena.

APU VICTOR LAKE

After breakfast we begin our trek into the depths of the forest, through trails with bridges to cross streams. During this tour will see the Cave of the Caymans. Continuing arrive at the majestic Lake Apu Victor, crystalline waters, surrounded by immense swamps and gigantic trees. Then we will raise our Amazon observatory, spectacular panorama of the lake, watching parrots, macaws, toucans, camungo, shanshos, herons and other animals like caimans, turtles, etc, after several hours of travel, return to the lodge. Lunch in the afternoon.
